Whistler may be best known as a ski resort, but its holiday origins are tied to the string of jewel like lakes scattered through the valley. The mountains turn rivers into exciting places where you can take part in all types of water sports, or you may rather just sit on the beach and watch others sailing, canoeing or water skiing.

Summer in Whistler is not for the faint hearted, you will need to make decisions. Here we highlight some of the activities, comprehensive but by no means exhaustive. If you have something special you would like to do, please ask us when you book and we will assist you to custom build your holiday. Living in Whistler, we have discovered some of the more surprising aspects, you can be as challenged as you wish, or as comfortable and relaxed as possible.   Even your journey to and from Whistler can be an adventure. You can arrive by floatplane on to Green Lake and cross the road to Nicklaus, Palmer and Norman. You may choose to arrive by helicopter, by steam train travelling between Howe Sound and the towering mountains, or by boat to Squamish where we will collect you. You might prefer to rent a car and drive yourselves along the Sea to Sky highway, with the most breathtaking scenery anywhere in the world.
